Since then, he's released a string of bluesy, critically praised roots rock albums, each drawing on a sound that brings to mind the likes of Bob Dylan and Tom Petty. Well established as a prominent singer, songwriter and genuine storyteller, Chuck Prophet has had his compositions recorded by many artists, including Alejandro Escovedo, Bruce Springsteen, Solomon Burke, Heart and Peter Wolf. His own chart topping singles are "Bad Year For Rock And Roll" and "Summertime Thing." Chuck Prophet draws from the rich well of country and folk, as well as from rock and roll mixed with his signature wit, making for a great night of live music that we haven't had back in a while!
Singer, pianist and guitarist Ben Arnold draws on rock, folk and RnB and has played throughout the US and Europe over the last 20 years. This Philly based musician has appeared on NPR's World Cafe and Mountain Stage.
